Meet your Hosts – John & Esline Turner
John originally from Queensland, moved to Port Vila, New Hebrides (now Vanuatu) in 1975 as an aircraft maintenance engineer.Esline is from Malo Island, SANMA Province. Esline is from an accounting background. They met in Port Vila and got married in 1985, have 2 daughters, both living and working in Brisbane.
Over the years, John’s work took the family to Port Moresby, Brisbane, Perth, Cairns and back to Port Vila in 2006 for John to take up the position of engineering manager of Air Vanuatu. Esline still operates her accounting & bookkeeping business. While still living in Port Vila they often traveled to Luganville and came to love the place and bought a slice of seafront property with a shipwreck on the coral reef right in front only 3 Km from the Luganville town.
In 2012 they started a tour business, Cruising Safaris, operating glass-bottom boat cruises and land tours.They are feeding fish and experiment planting corals to promote conservation of marine life. Being right on the water there is always cooling sea breezes throughout the year. With their tour business, they get to meet a lot of people exchanging a lot of stories and experiences. They love meeting people so they decide to share their paradise property by building Santo Seaside Villas.

Santo Seaside Villas is available tor sale. John and Esline are looking at moving back to Australia in the future and want to pass this piece of paradise on.
